Results of office check on the given incident cannot lay down in a basis for the decision of a question on guilt or innocence of the police officer. These results can be used only for some organizational conclusions, the final consequence is to be given by only a legal investigation.

About prematurity of any conclusions, in particular, initial messages that the schoolboy at whom the police officer shot, ostensibly was in a state of intoxication first of all testify. As it is known, physical examination has denied this version   the teenager was not drunk. We took this situation on the special control and we will wait for results of official investigation".
